A Meditation for Irrationality

I love this. I’m going to start a 40-day practice doing this tomorrow.

I also want to see how it effects my morning when I don’t check my email and phone right after I meditate. As in I won’t check anything digital until after I’m showered and dressed. Because right now I get up, meditate, check my phone and email, shower and get dressed, eat, and go back on my Macbook. Maybe a switch up is needed.
