What what!  That’s Billie Joe Armstrong and me at the afterparty at Roseland Ballroom last night.  I have no idea what’s going on with his face.  I promise I didn’t surprise attack him with the camera.

“I was almost ready to say, ‘What’s wrong with Ethel Merman?’” says Armstrong. “I don’t know much about her, but she’s a bit of a powerhouse.”

It’s just so awesome that he said this.  Billie Joe gets cooler and cooler with everything I learn about him.
